Nicole Richie has decided she doesn't want to spend time in the slammer. TMZ reports that her lawyer said they will fight her charge. A trial has been set for July 11.

This is her second DUI. If she's convicted then she faces as little as 5 days up to a year in prison.

Ughh, didn't she tell Letterman that she was ready to face her sentence or something!
I hope this hoe gets sent up the river right along with Paris.
This would be a great tool for the Scared Straight program. with these two idiots behind bars, no one will want to go to prison ever again.
